Fred Thomas Snoddy, 77, of Greenhill, passed away April 12, 2010. He was a member of Greenhill United Methodist Church and Machinist Local 1189. He was retired machinist in the aluminum manufacturing industry and a U. S. Air Force Veteran. Survivors include: Daughters: Susan Smith and husband Mickey Lisa Rhodes and husband Sam Brother: Arlon Snoddy Grandchildren: Erin Smith Britnell and husband Bruce Austin Smith Maegan Rice, Justin Rice Tyler Rhodes Very Special Friend: Glenda Cox Preceded in death by: Parents: William Jackson and Annie Pearl Snoddy Wife: Louise Chandler Snoddy The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 14, at 11:00AM at Greenhill Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Reding officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery, with military honors at graveside. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Justin Rice, Austin Smith, Tyler Rhodes, Kenneth Cody, Butch Toner, and Billy Howard. Honorary Pallbearer will be Waylon Wright. He was a man of great character to his family and to all who knew him. His smiles, laughter, and love will be greatly missed. Greenhill Funeral Home is directing.
