Uncle Fred was my second dad. When we visited as children and played with Susan and Lisa, I remember his big grin and deep, warm laughter. When I spoke with him early last week he had his usual to say when asked how he was doing: "I'm still above ground." Uncle Fred is way above ground today in heaven with my dad and my aunt Louise. I will miss him and can't wait for the day I see them once again. Uncle Fred was a strong but gentle man, full of character and love for his family. He believed in God and truth. He and Aunt Louise raised two very special daughters through their example and with great love. I pray he is today holding hands with dear aunt Louise and that they are together with my dad rejoicing in the Lord. In fact, I can hear his voice now as he sings "When the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there." I love you Uncle Fred, Pamela
