Clarence Jerome Potts, 68, of Ethridge, TN, passed away January 22, 2012 at his residence. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 24 starting at 10:00 AM and continuing until service time on Wednesday at 1:00PM at Whispering Hills Church of God in Summertown, TN, where he attended church. Bro. Danny Clark will be officiating. Burial will be in Henryville Cemetery. He was retired from Murray Ohio. Survivors include: Wife: Doris Ann Polk Potts Sons: James Jerome Potts and wife Melissa of Mt. Pleasant Eliax Dwayne Potts and wife Tonya of Ethridge Daughters: Reather Ann Potts Risner and husband Danny of Ethridge Pamela Renea Potts Christian and husband Ronnie of Ethridge Brothers: David (Pete) Potts of Summertown Marvin Potts of Summertown Sisters: Earline Potts Chapman of Hendersonville, TN Jewell Dean Potts Breece of Hohenwald, TN (11) Grandchildren and (11) Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by: Parents: Eliax Monroe and Inez Wisdom Potts Pallbearers will be R. C. Potts, Jr., Terry Potts, Joe Potts, Mark Breece, Tommy Potts, and Paul Potts. Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
