i worked with terry in calhoun georgia at bryans and considered him as a very good friend. when the plant shut down we lost contact with each other for several years but talked over the phone several different times. i found out about the death through the mother of his children on 5/11/10. she came into the store which i am working and through conversation we found out that i knew him and shockley i learned of his death. i am saddened for the loss of such a good friend. i am from alabama and once lived in his neighborhood. we shared alot of stories and had many good times together. my sympathies to the family. i met his children while he worked in calhoun don't know if they remember me. i helped him out off the clock by working on his cars the toyota and the corvett. i am saddened and will truley miss him. terry was a great man and a good friend. mike boyd, my number is 423-762-2327. fill free to call me i would like too share some good times that terry and i had together. god bless him and your family.

I spent a lot of hours with Terry and enjoyed them all. I never went into any plant with him that he did not come out with another friend. Great knowledge and an easy manner really work to endear you to some one and Terry was great at this and without effort. I stayed in touch after retiring from Viscofan and will miss his occasional call from who knew where "Hey Bob what are you doing? I always knew his voice and accused him of having an accent. Which he denied.

I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my father last year so I can understand your pain. Death is never easy to accept which is why it's called an enemy in the Bible at 1 Corinthians 15:26. Jesus gave us a hope based on the Bible at John 11:25: "I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." So, we will be able to see our loved ones again by means of the resurrection. At that time we will never have to lose them again. Why can we say that? Because God has promised us this in the Bible at such scriptures as Isaiah 25:8, Isaiah 26:19, and Revelation 21:3-5. Isn't this good news? Please read these scriptures in your own Bible. Sincerely, Ms. Simmons

To the family of Terry Ounders, As a co-worker with Terry, I found him to be truly a Southern gentleman who would do anything for you. Over the past 6 years, we spent alot of time together and enjoyed his friendship wherever we were together. I certainly will miss him, as I am sure all the family and friends will, also.

Terry: I will never forget our trips to New Orleans and South Beach in Miami. I still can picture you in that hat with the Cuban cigar and snake wrapped around your neck. Days like that will never fade from memory. To the family of Terry's......... Terry was a super good friend of mine, and I will miss his voice and presence very much. He was a great guy to be around, and I am forever thankful that I had the opportunity to know him. Please rest assured that he will keep them laughing in Heaven, just as he always kept a smile on my face. So sorry for your loss. Deepest Sympathy to all, Dick
