Ted Reaves, 71, of Florence, passed away March 3, 2010, at ECM Hospital in Florence after an extended illness. He attended Underwood Baptist Church, was a truck driver, a member of Street Rod Club, and a U. S. Army Veteran.
Survivors include:
Wife: Donna Pettus Reaves of Florence
Son: Kenny Reaves of Greenhill
Daughter: Tracy Darling of Florence
Step Daughter: Michelle White and husband Brandon of Greenhill
Sister: Marjorie Hosea of Arizona
Grandchildren:
Truly Darling of Florence
Bella White of Greenhill
Preceded in death by:
Parents: Walter and Mattie Reaves
Brothers: Bud Reaves and Ronald Reaves
Sister: Linda Reaves
Grandchild: Ryan Root
Visitation will be Friday, March 5, from 5:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday at 11:00am at the funeral home with Bro. Donnie McDaniel and J. P. Gillis officiating. Burial will be in Richardson Chapel Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to ECM 6th Floor Staff and Nurses and to Dr. Wilkes and staff.
