Obituary of Jerry Wayne Haithcoat

Jerry Wayne Haithcoat, Age 68, of Florence, AL passed away Sunday, December 13, 2009 at his home of an extended illness. He was a native of Lauderdale County, AL and was employed by Florence Electricity Dept. as a tree trimmer. Mr. Haithcoat attended Bethel Grove Baptist Church. Survivors are: Wife Virginia Elaine Rhodes Haithcoat of Florence, AL Sons: Randy Wayne Haithcoat of Leighton, AL; Ronald Dwight Haithcoat of Killen, AL; and Darron Dwayne Haithcoat of Florence, AL. Brother: Raymond (Bodie) Haithcoat Sisters: Ona May Hudson, Sally Jo Rhodes, and Margie Ruth Pigg 6-Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents Willie Frank Haithcoat and Dovie Lee White Haithcoat; his brothers Ralph Haithcoat, James Haithcoat(Jay), Jim Haithcoat, Donald Fay Haithcoat and Billy Arnold Haithcoat. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009 at 1 PM at Greenhill Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Jacksonburg Cemetery. Bro. Gerald Montgomery will officiate. Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 14, 2009, from 6 to 9 PM at Greenhill Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be: Marvin Beckman, Ricky Haithcoat, James Paul Haithcoat, Eugene Rhodes, Jeff Smith, Bobby Stevenson and Tommy Jones. Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of Funeral Arrangements.
