John Patrick Springer, 69, of Loretto, Tennessee passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009 in Nashville, Tennessee of a brief illness.
He was born in Leoma, Tennessee. He was a construction worker and had done numerous works for Habitat for Humanity. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of the Roman Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Wilson Springer and Susie Paisley Springer.
Survivors include: Carol Abercrombie; Son John Christoper Springer of California; and Daughter Anne Jeanette Springer of California.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 5 to 8 PM at Greenhill Funeral Home with Prayer Service at 7 PM.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 11 AM at Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Buchignani and Deacon Sammy Beckman officiating. Burial will follow later at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Donations can be made to Habitat for Humanity or to Sacred Heart School.
