Obituary of Howard Jeffreys

Howard Earl Jeffreys, 56, of Killen, passed away August 1, 2011, at ECM Hospital of an extended illness. He was a heavy equipment operator for International Paper and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. He attended Mars Hill Bible School and U.N.A. He was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Survivors include: Wife: Bonnie Lanier Jeffreys Parents: Cecil Guy and Frances Jeffreys Sons: Jamie Brewer Andrew Jeffreys Daughter: Crystal Wallace (Shane) Sister: Beth Dickerson (Joe) (3) Grandchildren- Cash and Cruz Wallace Payton Brewer Visitation will be Tuesday, August 2, 2011, from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel with Bro. Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will be in Killen Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rick Cambra, Roger Crowden, Chris Kress, Jeff Simpson, Charles Holcomb, and Walley Gay. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Robert Webb, Bro. Greg Eaton, Hospice of the Shoals, and Nicole Landry. They would also like to thank Dr. Bill Connolly and staff for all their patience and understanding. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of the Shoals. Greenhill Funeral Home directing.
