Obituary of Stanley Green

Stanley Ralph Greene, 59, of St. Joseph, passed away October 15, 2009 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia. He was a diesel and small engine mechanic, of the Baptist faith, and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Survivors include his wife, Patricia McGee Greene, son, Adam Greene of St. Joseph; daughter, Amanda Adams and husband James, of Leoma, and granddaughter, Samantha Adams; sister, Wilda Briggs of Florence; niece, Karen Brown and husband Brad of Huntsville; 2 great nieces, Natalie and Kate Brown of Huntsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Gladys Greene. The funeral service will be Friday, October 23, at 1:00 pm graveside at Restview Cemetery in Loretto with Military Honors. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00-12:30pm at Greenhill Funeral Home.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers , donations be made for funeral and medical expenses.
