James Frank Letson, Jr., 64, of Florence, passed away September 13, 2009, at ECM Hospital in Florence. He attended Fairview Church of Christ, was a retired boilermaker, and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:30-1:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Sonny Bogus officiating. Burial will be in Collinwood Memorial Gardens. Survivor include: Wife, Linda Mae Quillen Letson; Son: Jeremy Letson (Kimberly), and grandson Zachary (Popi); Daughters: Jennifer Reynolds (Jonathan); and Jamie Letson; Brother: Steve Letson (Carolyn); Sister: Shirley Underwood (Danny); Other Grandchildren: Amanda, Hayden, Loran, Jenna, Austin, Kent, and Kenna; Niece and Nephews: Amy, Will, Greg Letson (Chrisa); His special cat, "Theo". Preceded in death by: parents-James Frank and Amanda Elizabeth Letson, Sr.; Sister-Patsy Hopper. Pallbearers: Roy Moore, John Webster, Dale Cooper, Robert Cook, Jimmy Kennedy, and Noel Lovelace. The family would to thank Dr. Morris, Dr. Matthews, Dr. Cleveland, Dr. Brown, Dr. Webb, Dr. Borgu, and the nurses and staff in CTRU at ECM. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis. Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
