Thurmon Eldridge Scott, 67, of Florence, passed away June 27, 2009, at ECM Hospital in Florence. He was a Baptist and a retired truck driver.
Survivors include: Sons: Mickey Eldridge Scott and wife Stephanie Jerry Lee Brewer Mark Anthony Brewer and wife Tina Daughters: Vickie Lash and husband Sammy Angela Word and husband Brent Brother: David Scott Sisters: Earline Tingle Pearline T. Reynolds Levonne McKissack Glenda Tingle Brenda Moore Gwen Keeton Daughter in Law: Joan Scott Special Friend: Kim Sizemore (14) Grandchildren ( 6) Great Grandchildren
Preceded in death by: Wife: Betty Sue Scott Parents: Glen and Willie Ann Scott Son: Roger Dale Scott Brothers: Vernon Scott and Dennis Scott Sister: Jewel Hamm
Visitation will be Monday, June 29, from 5:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 30, at 11:00am at the funeral home with Bro. Gary Marks officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Chapel Cemetery.
