Frank Ward Martin Howard, 76, of Killen, AL, passed away April 24, 2016 after an extended illness. Mr. Howard was a native of Everett, Washington. He was a retired Special Investigator for State Farm, a retired Army SFC/E-7, and a member of the NRA.
Mr. Howard is survived by:
Daughters: Alisa McClelland-Orr and husband David
Tia Howard
Grandsons: Mathew Thompson and William Thompson
(4) great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by parents Frank Howard and Vivian Lensdale Howard and by his wife Sherrill Howard.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
