Obituary of Johnny "Jamup" Stutts

Johnny "Jamup" Coleman Stutts, Age 74 of Killen, AL died Tuesday, May 5, 2009 of an extended illness at his residence. He was a native of Lauderdale County, Alabama, and was retired from Craig Construction Company. He was a member of Laborer's Local # 366 and was a member of North Carolina Church of Christ. He served in the U.S. Army. Funeral service will be Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Greenhill Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will follow at North Carolina Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 6, 2009 from 6 to 8 PM. at Greenhill Funeral Home. Survivors are : Wife - Allmeda Balentine Stutts, Killen, AL. Sons - Ronnie Kelvin Stutts, Randy Keith Stutts and Steve Stutts, all of Killen, AL. 5 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Eli Stutts and Rhella Beavers Stutts, a son, Johnny Coleman Stutts, Jr., and brothers, Almond Stutts & Jessie Stutts, and sisters Peggy Tidwell and Eula Lee. Pallbearers will be Leo Burbank, Joe Cannerday, Daniel Kevin Stutts, Jeremy Stutts, Josh Stutts, and Wesley Stutts. Honorary Pallbearer: William Stevenson A Special thanks to William "Pee Wee" Stevenson for his help and support. Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
