Hoyet Lee Parker, 90, of Greenhill, passed away April 2, 2016, at El Reposo Nursing Facility.
He was retired from Reynolds, a World War II Navy Veteran, a member of North Carolina Church of Christ, the Racking Horse Breeders Association, and Labor Local #366.

Wife: Pearline Davis Parker
Parents: Collins Parker and Pearl Wimberly Parker

Sisters: Idell Walker, Catherine Peden, Betty Richardson, and Mary Nell Cantrell
Visitation will be Sunday, April 3, from 6:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday at 11:00am at the funeral home with Don Williams officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jason Parker, Bradley Parker, Ryne Parker, and Cassidy Butler. Honorary pallbearer will be Arvolle Brown.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff of El Reposo for the care given to Mr. Parker.
