Martha Elledge Carpenter, 76 of Greenhill, AL., passed away Wednesday, December 09, 2015. She was born in Colbert County, Al., to Russell and Mary Carpenter Elledge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, R. M. Elledge Jr., James Elledge and sister, Mary Elledge Screeton.
She is survived by two daughters, Regina Franklin and Angela Koritz; three brothers, Ronald Elledge, Tuscumbia, AL., J.B. Elledge (Linda), Killen, AL., Charles Elledge (Mary), Greenhill, AL.; two sisters, Gail Robertson (W.C.), Florence, AL., Patricia Pace (Steve), of Russellville AL.; 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extent a special thanks to the Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home staff for their exceptional love and care during Ms. Carpenter's final days.
