Herkie Gaynelle (Dollie) Richardson, 76, of Florence, passed away Oct. 3, 2015 at her residence after an extended illness. She was a homemaker and a follower of Jesus Christ. Survivors include: Sons: Scott Richardson (Kim), Sam Richardson (Edie), and Sloan Richardson (Melanie) Sister: Jo Briggs Grandchildren: Jerra Richardson, Ryan Richardson, Seth Richardson, Sawyer Richrdson, Kady Richardson, Lily Richardson, Jude Richardson, and Claire Richardson Preceded in death by: Husband: Bernard A. (Billy) Richardson Daughter: Robin Richardson Parents: Leon L. Herston and Velma Hills Herston Brother: Don Herston In-Laws: James Richardson and Marvoline Richardson Visitation will be Tuesday, October 6, from 1:00-3:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Doc Shell officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ryan, Seth, and Sawyer Richardson, Tony Chorney, Jimmy Peters, and Stefan Briggs. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
