Obituary of Annie Fowler

Annie Margaret Sandrell Fowler, age 87, of Loretto, TN, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2009, at her residence after an extended illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Sula Sandrell; two brothers, Little James Sandrell and Lawrence Sandrell; one sister, Mary Hughes. She is surived by her husband of 63 years, Freeman Fowler of Loretto, one daughter, Dottie Rohling and husband Richard, of Loretto; one son Carl (Dub) Fowler of Loretto; three brothers, James (Mamie) Sandrell, William (Carol) Sandrell of Loretto, and Roy (June) Sandrell of Lawrenceburg; three grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews and a host of friends also survive. Visitation will be at Greenhill Funeral Home on Monday, February 2, 2009, from 5:00-8:00pm, with a prayer service at 7:00pm. The funeral will be Tuesday, February 3, 2009, at 10 A.M. at Loretto Sacred Heart Church with Father Tomy P. Joseph, MSFS, and Deacon Sam Beckman officiating. Burial will be Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bill Frost, Mike Sandrell, Thomas Noblit, Joe Telker, Ray Henkel, and Paul Kress.
