Obituary of Elizabeth Jane McClanahan

Elizabeth Jane McClanahan, 60, of Lexington, AL, passed away April 7, 2015 after an extended illness. She was a Methodist and a member of Green's Chapel Methodist Church.
Ms. McClanahan is survived by brother Kenneth McClanahan; sisters Lee Thigpen and Mary Sue Moody; nieces Quenia Phillips, Danonda Hardeman; Vickey Grigsby, Teresa Lash, Patsy Oliver, and Lisa McClanahan; and nephews Roger Lash and Philip Lash. She was preceded in death by parents Grady and Lodie Smith McClanahan; brothers Herman and Buford McClanahan; sister Jean Lash; and nephew Dennis Johns.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Thursday at 1:00 P.M. with burial in Richardson Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ray Phillips, Tyler Oliver, Donald Cheeks, Drew Hardeman, Mark McCrary, and Tristan Lash. Honorary pallbearers will be Jay L. Springer, Kendale Murray, and Barry Hamm.
