Obituary of Reeder Beavers

Reeder Belew Beavers, 74, of Killen, AL, passed away October 31, 2014, at E.C.M. Hospital. Mr. Beavers was a retired truck driver for Bigbee Steel, a member of Center Hill Church of Christ, a Cahaba Shriner, and a member of Greenhill Masonic Lodge #402.
Mr. Beavers is survived by son Rodney Elbert Beavers and wife Jill; daughter Mona Gail Thigpen and husband Terry; brother Dan A. Beavers; sisters Clayton Wright, Delores Ann Patterson, and Jeanette Ingrum; and grandchildren Olivia Beavers, Alex Belew Beavers, Tyler "Thumper" Thigpen, and Hannah Thigpen. He was preceded in death by his parents Lonzie and Mary Ester Clemmons Beavers and his sister Katie Burgess.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 1st from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Sunday at 1:30 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Greg Dial officiating. Burial will be in Center Hill Church of Christ Cemetery.
