Obituary of Winfred Hood

Winfred Hood, 75, of Killen, AL, passed away October 30, 2014 after a brief illness. He was a retired truck driver for the Coca Cola Company and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Mr. Hood is survived by his wife Wilma Riley Hood; son Lance Hood (Cindy) of Killen, AL; daughter Teresa May (Tim) of Greenhill, AL; sister Wilma Sue Marlo (Richard) of Spring Hill, TN; grandchildren Joshua Curbow (Brianna), Haley Beth Hood Yarbrough (Craig) , and Justin May (Kelly) ; and great-grandchildren Ellie-Mae Yarbrough, Rylie-Kate Yarbrough, and Brodie Curbow. He was preceded in death by his parents Travis and Nellie Franklin Hood and brother William Hood.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 12-2:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Charles Kretzer officiating. Burial will be in Emmaline Stutts cemetery.
The family would like to especially thank the doctors and nurses in ICU and the 6th floor at ECM Hospital.
