Obituary of Elaine Peck

Mary Elaine Wallace Peck, affectionately known as Granny, born August 22, 1925, went to her Heavenly Home April 25, 2014. She was a member of Stutts Road Church of Christ. Visitation will be Sunday, April 27th at Greenhill Funeral Home from 12-2:00 P.M. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Perry Taylor will officiate. Burial will follow at the Wallace Cemetery in Rogersville, AL. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Floyd Spears and John Thomas Peck; parents Jesse and Jessie Wallace; sister Sarah Balch; and brothers Marshall, Hoyt, Henry, and Herschel Wallace. She is survived by her daughters Linda McCoy and husband Jim (of Killen, AL); Debra Lovelace and husband J.C (of Killen, AL).; son Johnny Wayne Peck and wife Debra( of Killen, AL); grandchildren Tonya, Brandon, Jessica, and Anna; great-grandchildren Josh, Jordan, Brock, Cade, Aiden, Jasper, and soon to be Mabry Laine. Pallbearers will be Brandon Lovelace, Todd Davis, Josh Staggs, Charlie, Brock and Cade Meyer. She will be remembered as a precious mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
