James Willard Brown, 71, of Loretto, passed away January 4, 2014, at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia after an extended illness. He was retired from Murray and Steve Williams Ford. He was of the Church of Christ faith. Survivors include: Wife: Shirley Busby Brown - Loretto Daughter: Lynn Andrews and husband Bruce - Loretto Brother: Bobby Brown - Loretto Sister: Euvene Glass - Taylor, MI Grandchildren: Steve Alan Andrews and wife Brooke - Loretto Jennifer Lynn Andrews Ferguson and husband Matthew - Orlando, FL Great Grandchildren: Abby Josephine Andrews, Maggie Brooke Andrews, and Braddock James Ferguson Preceded in death by: Parents: Jess Allen Brown and Bama Elizabeth Stanford Brown Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 6, from 4:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 11:00am at the funeral home with Rodney Livingston, Eddie Glass, and Jeff Glass officiating. Burial will be in Bishop Chapel Cemetery.
