Martha Darlene Morgan, 53, of Florence, AL, passed away November 26, 2013 after an extended illness. Mrs. Morgan worked at Mitchell Hollingsworth Nursing Home and was a member of Atlas Church of Christ.
Survivors include:
Sons: Josh Gifford of Florence
Daughter: Jessica Gifford of Florence
Brothers: Chester Weeks and wife Audey; Gary Weeks and wife Tonya; and Dexter Weeks and wife Cindy
Sisters: Shelia Burns, Frances Mann, Mary Simmons, Susan Witt, and Laura Weeks
Half-sister: Sarah Ashby
Foster Sister: Patsy Richardson
(3) Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Mattie Wisdom Weeks.
Visitation will be Friday, November 29, 2013 from 11-1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Miles Stutts officiating. Burial will be in Atlas Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dexter Weeks, Terry Chandler, Charlie Burns, Jessie Witt, Josh Gifford, and Tim Weeks. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Will, Dr. Heaton, and Joe McDonald.
