Obituary of Carolyn Dianne Warren

Carolyn Dianne Jenkins Warren, 68, of Greenhill, AL, passed away November 19, 2013 after an extended illness. Mrs. Warren was Christian and a homemaker. Survivors include: Mother: Ruth Couch Jenkins Sons: Donald (Donnie) Warren and Joe Vandiver Brother: Edward Jenkins Sr. and wife Angie Sisters: Betty Ruth Threet and husband Nathan; and Edwina Baxter Grandchildren: Chris Vandiver and Shandi Vandiver Great-grandchildren: Kaylee Vandiver and Taylor Vandiver Special Friend: Frank Shipley Special Dog: Casper And Many other Special Friends Mrs. Warren was preceded in death by her father, Edward Quinton Jenkins; husband James (Jimmy) Lloyd Warren; grandson Joseph (Jo-Jo) Vandiver; and great-grandchild Jayden Vandiver. Visitation will be Friday, November 22, 2013 from6 -8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 P.M with Bro. Miles Stutts officiating. Burial will be in Emmaline Stutts Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frank Shipley, Roger Matthews, Chuck Causey, Richard Goss, David Warren, and Chris Vandiver. Mrs. Warren loved Native American culture, children, animals, and had a very pure spirit. The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice, the staff of Cottage Of The Shoals, the Saints Motorcycle Club, and the Christian Motorcycle Association for their love during Mrs. Warren illness. Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
