Obituary of Marshall Davis

Kindel Marshall Davis, 66, of St. Joseph, TN, passed away November 18, 2013 of a brief illness. Mr. Davis was a retired tire shop owner, a member of the Church of Christ, the Elks Lodge, and the Lion Club. He was also an avid golfer. Survivors include: Wife: Sharon Smoot Davis Daughters: Melissa Orton (Keith) of Lawrenceburg, TN; Carol Tankersley (Jason) of Revilo, TN; and Cheryle Patterson (Bobby) of Lawrenceburg, TN Brothers: Gerald Davis (Patsy) of Orlando, FL, Wayne Davis (Theresa) of Memphis, TN, and Paul Davis of St. Joseph, TN Grandchildren: Bryan, Breanna, Bailey, Bryce and Bobbie LeAnne Tankersley; Taylor Nix; and Jacob and Zack Patterson Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Velma Ward Davis. Visitation will be Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday in the funeral home chapel at 12:30 P.M. with Ronnie Ray officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Grissom, Billy Burton, Dink Smith, Bryan Tankersley, Jacob Patterson, Taylor Nix, Bryce Tankersley, and Zack Patterson. Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
