Jason Andrew Qualls, 30, of Killen, AL, passed away September 16, 2013 after a brief illness. Mr. Qualls was born in Chicago, IL, was a United States Army Veteran, and attended the Church of Christ.
He is survived by:
Sons: Noah and Waylon
Daughter: Kaley
Grandmother: Elizabeth Thigpen
Mr. Qualls was preceded in death by his father William Joseph Qualls and mother Patricia Gail Qualls.
There will be a graveside service with military honors held for Mr. Qualls on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Antioch Cemetery at 11:00 A.M. with Miles Stutts officiating.
