Lois Marie Vinson, 82, of Florence, AL, passed away September 12, 2013, after an extended illness. Mrs. Vinson was a retired beautician and homemaker; and a member of the Shiloh Church of Christ.
Survivors include:
Son: Virgle J. Vinson, Jr. of Florence, AL
Daughter: Elizabeth Ferkins of Florence, AL
Brothers: R. L. Behel and David Behel of Greenhill, AL
Sisters:
Marcell Watson of Killen, AL
Opel Thompson of Lascassas, TN
Alice Richardson of Hixon, TN
(2) Grandchildren and (2) Great-grandchildren
Mrs. Vinson was preceded in death by her husband Virgle J. Vinson; father Roy Behel; mother Audrey Richardson Behel; step-mother Artilue Ross Behel; daughter Janice Ezell; and sister Shirley Thompson.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday at 10:00 A.M. with Howell Bigham officiating. Burial will be in Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Terry Beckman, Dennis Davis, Tony Thompson, Mark Thompson, Scotty Behel, and Doyle Behel.
