Obituary of Nettie Adcock

Nettie Mae Copelin Adcock, 84, of Killen, passed away February 24, 2011 at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was born in Chatham, Illinois and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include: Sons: Robert Adcock and wife Christine of Bloomington, IL William R. Adcock , Jr. and wife Debbie of Bloomington, IL Daughters: Barbara Weber and husband David of Lexington, IL Shirley Hagar and husband Steve of Anchor, IL Maryanne Vansandt and husband Van, Sr. of Killen, AL Nancy Adcock of Atlanta, IL Sisters: Irene of Indiana Francis of Colorado (14) Grandchildren and (14) Great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by : Parents: Alva Otis and Wester Brown Copelin Husband: William Russell Adcock, Sr. (6) Brothers and (2) Sisters Visitation will be Sunday, March 6 from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday, March 7 at the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. with the casket lying in state from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. The service will be officiated by Van H. Vansandt,Sr., Van H. Vansandt, Jr., and Rodney Livingston. Burial will be in Loretto Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Mark Manalli, Aaron Storm, Allen Sasse, Jeff Adcock, Don Walters, and Travis McMeen.
