The sons and daughters or Ross and Mary Knapp, Sr. were all a bunch of "characters" - in the finest sense of the word. But, you, Uncle Robbie, you were the character of characters amongst your siblings. In my fondest memories as a child, you, your infectious smile and your mischievous, one of a kind laugh were always in them. I never stopped looking up to you, Uncle Robbie, and look up to you still. Miss the old years back in New York. Never was the same when all moved to different parts of the country. Uncle Robbie, you were so much fun and never will forget the time you drove the "police car" to pull over Aunt Shirley and Don Blasinghame on Langdon Hill. How we laughed! Such great memories. So sorry you have had a rough time at the end of your life and thought we didn't care for you. Had hoped to see you before you passed to let you know what you meant to everyone. We were sad, but understand and hope you are happy and at peace now. You were a good man. Love Robin and Lowell
