Obituary of Ricky Lyn Holden

Ricky Lyn Holden, 59, of Killen, AL, passed away November 28, 2024. Ricky was retired from the United States Air Force. He was a member of The Brethern Chapter of Widows Sons, Greenhill Masonic Lodge #402, York Rite, and was also a member of Atlas Church of Christ. Ricky is survived by: Wife: Vickie Ayers Holden Mother: Nelda Jean Holden Son: Tyler Holden Daughter: Lauren Holden Jones (Jordan) Brother: Robert Laine Holden Grandchildren: Killian Wade Jones and Finnin Drake Jones He was preceded in death by: Father: Lenice Eugene Holden Visitation will be Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Atlas Church of Christ. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the church with Bro. Miles Stutts officiating. Burial will be in Atlas Cemetery. There will be Full Military Honors at the Graveside along with Masonic Last Rites conferred by Ricky’s brothers in Freemasonry. Pallbearers will be Robert Holden, Skyler Holden, Kyle Holden, Keith Holden, Jason Simpson, Barry Gray, John Ayers and Don Thompson. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, the Gary Sinise Foundation, or to Atlas Church of Christ in Ricky’s memory.
