Clay Stevenson Holden, 49, of Florence, passed away November 22, 2024, at his residence, surrounded by family and loved ones. He was a construction superintendent for Craig Construction, a member of Gray’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, a member of Gray’s Chapel Youth Group and a member of Greenhill Strong. Survivors include: Wife: Melissa Barnes Holden Parents: Donald Arthur Holden & Mary Judy Holden Sons: Easton Holden & Emmett Holden Daughter: Elli Holden Brother: Rodney Holden (Amanda) Host of nieces & nephews Visitation will be on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 12:00pm, at Gray’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, with Jacob Murphee officiating. Burial will be at Emmaline Stutts Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Caleb Gray, Daniel Burns, Joey Bogus, Jeff Holden, Wayne Holden, Eli Holden, Barry Holden & Jacob Hill. Honorary pallbearers will be: Mark Dempsey, Dave Marbury, Drew Christopher, Brad Jones, Jason Reaves, Jesse Rutherford & Hatton Marbury.
