William Rayford Michael, also known as “Diamond” or “Stub”, 89, passed away April 16, 2024, at his residence in Lexington, AL. He was retired from TVA and was a member of the Labor Local #366.
Survivors include:
Sons: Keith Michael (Linda) & Dickey Michael
Daughter: Wanda Michael Williams
Sister: Helen Gassaway
Grandsons: Brandon Michael (Heather), Blake Michael(Emily), William “Will” Michael &
Jamie Williams (Katie)
Step-granddaughters: Tammi Lash (Tyler) & Ann Sue Quillen(Adrian)
Step great-grandchildren: Rayla Lash, Raiden Lash, Presley Lash & Oaklynn Johnston
Preceded in death by:
Wife: Wanda June Davis Michael
Parents: Jessie Dee Michael & Minnie Belle Davis Michael
Brothers: Herbert, Owen Edward, Rebe & Harold Michael
There will be a graveside service on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 12:00pm, at Center Hill Cemetery, with Andy Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Center Hill Cemetery.
