Bessie Faye Wright Tays, 87, of St. Joseph, TN , passed away August 7, 2012, after an extended illness. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a housewife, and a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include:
Son: Lindsey Keith Tays of Clarksville, TN
Daughter: Karen Tays Creasy of Huntsville, AL
Sisters:
Jewel Lyles of Mt. Pleasant, TN
Ruby Hurst of Cleveland, TN
(7) Grandchildren and (11) Great-grandchildren
Mrs. Tays was preceded in death by her parents, Olaf and Martha Wright; her husband Cohen Tays; and her son Ronald Dale Tays.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 11:00-1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel with burial in Mt. Nebo Cemetery in St. Joseph, TN.
