Q: How did you meet Bryson?
A: I first met Bryson when him and Autumn were in 4th grade. She came home and told me that she really liked him. That never changed all through their school years it only got stronger. He was the only guy she has ever loved and will never stop loving. Bryson was like Autumn very shy and didn't open up to alot of people. He will be so missed but never forgotten. We will continue to pray for Whitney and Chad, and all his family.

Bryson Cole Green was an extraordinary guy. He was sweet, shy, supportive, funny, and he had the biggest heart. He worked at Hobby Lobby temporarily, he also was a volunteer firefighter for three years and he was working on his music. I will never forget your laugh and all the support you gave me. I never told you alot of things I wanted and I regret that. I liked you from fourth grade to now and I always will. I started falling in love with you and never told you because I was scared. From the wise words of Bryson you can do anything if you put my mind to it and do not to listen to what others said, he told me that when I talked to him about my career path. I'm really proud of everything you were going or had achieved. I was so excited to hear your first song, and now your writing songs for God. I love you and miss you dearly Bry. I'm so sorry Mrs. and Mr. Green for your loss. Bryson will be missed.

To Bryson’s parents, grandparents, and immediate family I know that you are hurting and can only imagine to the extent. I want you to know that his brothers and sisters in the Fire Department are so thankful for the opportunity to have been able to know Bryson and love him. When he first joined the department as a ranger he was a soft spoken and shy young man. He quickly opened up and you could see his drive and determination. He was always kind, respectful, outgoing, and willing to help with anything. His smile lit up a room and you couldn’t help but smile with him no matter how tough your day had been. We are all hurting with this loss. Please know that we are here for you as well and appreciate you sharing Bryson with us for the last 3 years.

I’m happy I got to meet Bryson he was such a talented young man. I was assistant chief the first time I meant him when he started as a ranger at the Fire Station, he had this powerful charming smile and I thought wow this kid is excited to be part of the ranger program. I thought in a few months the excitement will wear off he won’t be smiling. But he never lost that smile every time I seen him, he had this explosive smile that would light up the room. His kindness and smile were perhaps the single most beautiful thing about him. I remember we had a house fire and after it was over, we had so much fire hose to pick up, I was tired, we didn’t have allot people to help clean up there was so much mud on the Fire hose, I wasn’t happy I knew tomorrow would be rough at work. Then Captain Arnold said a bunch of the rangers are coming to the scene to help us clean and load fire hose. It was a relief but not enough to bring a smile to me. As I was rolling hose up in the mud you Bryson was next to me rolling another hose up, you turned toward me, and I see it was you with that charming smile. And couldn’t keep a frown no longer you would never fully know how much I studied you smile and happiness after that day. You were such an inspiration to the rangers and every one in Center Star Fire Dept. You weren’t just learning from us you were teaching us also. It makes it hard to say good bye. You won’t be forgotten you brighten so many lives that the light will carry on till we meet again

Q: What 3 words best describe Bryson and why?
A: Humble, sweet and such a hard worker. I love was blessed to have worked with Bryson at Hobby Lobby. Bryson was so precious and would do anything to help anyone. Bryson also had the side that was so funny and his sweet smile was so contagious. I will miss him so much.
