David is survived by:

Daughters: Melanie Allen Highland, Trina Allen Ahonen, and Kristy Allen
Sister: Shirley Allen Wilkins
(8) Grandchildren and (2) Great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by:
Parents: Granville Allen and Marjorie Haddock Allen
Brother: Kenneth Allen
