HOLLIS SMITH
Hollis Coffman Smith, 90, of Greenhill, passed June 16, 2012. He was a U. S. Army Veteran of World War II, attended Greenhill United Methodist Church, a member of Greenhill Masonic Lodge for over 50 years, served as an educator and administrator in Lauderdale and Crenshaw county school systems for over 30 years.
Survivors include: Wife: Willie Sue Smith Sons: Charles Phillip Smith Patrick Fitzgerald Smith Sister: Edith McLemore (5) Grandchildren (2) Great grandchildren
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 20, from 12:00-2:00pm at Milners Chapel United Methodist Church. The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm with Bro. Mark Woodruff officiating. Burial will be in Emmaline Stutts Cemetery with full Military Honors.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Emmaline Stutts Cemetery Fund or the Greenhill United Methodist Church Building Fund.
Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
