Margaret Ann Johnston Pettus, 75, of Lexington, AL, passed October 20, 2022 away at Helen Keller Hospital. Margaret was retired from Roger’s Department Store as the Shipping Manager and was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church.
Margaret is survived by:
Son: Chris Pettus (Tammy)
Daughter: Andrea Rose (Brian)
Sisters: Mary Elizabeth Davis & Linda Faye Jones (Bob)
Grandchildren: Jessica Smith (Ryan), Madison Pettus, Alyssa Rose, and Tori Rose
Great-grandchildren: Willow Jane Smith
She was preceded in death by:
Husband: Donald Carthol Pettus
Parents: Dave Robert Johnston and Eula Estoria Mashburn Johnston
Brothers: Fulton Johnston, Winfred Johnston, Dois Johnston, Lelon Johnston, and Delbert Johnston
There will be a graveside service for Margaret on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Pettus Cemetery with Bro. Edward Burbank officiating.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Springer, Larry Johnston, Ryan Smith, Chris Pettus, Brian Rose, Randy Johnston, & Dusty Richardson.
