David Travis Phelps, 58, Ethridge, TN, passed away March 4, 2022, at Maury Regional Hospital. He was the owner/operator of Carroll Fuel Company in Baltimore, Maryland, a Non-Denominational Christian, a member of the AOPA-Pilots Association, a member of the NRA, and a Corvette enthusiast. Survivors include: Wife: Susan Phelps Sons: Christopher Phelps & Bobby Phelps Daughter: Katie Phelps Brothers: Howard Phelps (Joyce) & John Phelps (Joanne) Sister: Leslie Perlik (Dr. Paul Perlik) Granddaughter: Soriyah April-Marie Hovey Preceded in death by: Parents: Calvin Howard Phelps & Dolores Shirley Schmidt Phelps Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, March 10, 2022, from 10:30 – 11:30am, at Thousand Hills Cowboy Church, in Ethridge, TN. The funeral service will follow, at 11:30am, at the church, with Nathan Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at the family farm in Ethridge. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to: Mission Aviation Fellowship P.O. Box 47 Nampa, ID 83653 Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
