Max Thomas Waddell, 73, of Lexington, AL, passed away December 16, 2021, at Mitchell Hollingsworth Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, in Florence. He was retired from Tarkett, a member of Lexington Church of Christ, and a Veteran of the United States Army and served in Vietnam.
Survivors include:
Wife: Deborah McMurtrey Waddell
Son: Jason Waddell
Brothers: Toney Waddell (Rosa) & Roy Waddell
Preceded in death by:
Parents: Otis Delmer Waddell & Ruth Virginia Newton Waddell
Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, December 19, 2021, from 12:00pm – 2:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow, at 2:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Danny Pettus officiating. Burial will be in North Carolina Cemetery, with full military honors.
