Shirley Ruth Peck Cabler Emmons, 81, of Muscle Shoals, AL, passed away at her home on April 16, 2021. Shirley was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and a member of Lone Cedar Church of Christ.
Shirley is survived by:
Daughters: Cindy Hollands (Rickey) of Michie, TN; Donna Patterson (Johnny) of Leighton, AL; and Pam Bostick of Muscle Shoals, AL
(8) Grandchildren and (6) Great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by:
Parents: Almond E. Peck and Eula Mae Oliver Peck
Husband: James Norman Cabler
Son: Brian Steve Cabler
Brother: Almond Peck, Jr.
Sisters: Dorothy Fay Tippett & Rose Marie Johnson
Visitation for Shirley will be Monday, April 19, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at Lone Cedar Church of Christ. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the church with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in Lone Cedar Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Randy Smith, Justin Smith, Kevin Cabler, Shannon Peck, Rickey Hollands, and Dylan Forrester.
The family would like to thank Shoals Hospice for their care and support during this difficult time and to especially thank Nurse Kristen for all her help.
