Rebecca Jean Varnum Smith, 62, of Loretto, TN, passed away December 30, 2020, at her residence. She was a homemaker and a member of Lexington First Baptist Church.
Survivors include:
Husband: Wade Smith (who passed away later the same day)
Sons: William Anthony Smith(Heather), Bradley Craig Smith & Christopher Ryan Smith
Brother: Billy L. Simon(Cheryl)
Sisters: Melinda S. Hawkins(Mike Woodall) & Priscilla Anglin
Grandchildren: Ada Jane Smith & Lincoln Cole Smith
Preceded in death by:
Parents: Billy L. Varnum & Janis P. Moulton Simon
Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021, at Lexington First Baptist Church, from 2:00 – 4:00pm. The family asks that the friends that are coming to the visitation would please come by and speak to the family and then leave, so there are not too many people in the church at the same time, for the safety of the family and friends. . The family would also ask that friends would please wear a mask and practice all COVID-19 safety measures.
