Mattie Lucille McKinney, 73, of Iron City, TN, passed away February 29, 2012 after an extended illness. Mrs. McKinney was a retired deli cook and a member of the St. Joseph Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include: Husband: Billy McKinney of Iron City Son: Jerry Dotson of Iron City Daughters: Kay Neace of Iron City Vickie Steele of St. Joseph Mylinda "Curly" Moore of St. Joseph Tammi Springer of Loretto Brothers: Clyde Goolsby of Loretto James Gist of Iron City Wayne Goolsby of Loretto (13) Grandchildren and (10) Greatgrandchildren Mrs. McKinney was preceded in death by her parents, Beaumont and Snowie Powell Goolsby; her son Pete Dotson; her daughter Donna Daniel; and her sisters Willie Dee Goolsby and Diane Buttrum. Visitation will be Friday, March 2, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro Roger Creesy and Bro. Malcom Scott officiating. Burial will be in Odem's Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kirt Daniel, Hunter Daniel, Chad Wallace, Jasper Wallace, Anthony Dotson, Logan Rost, Russ Womble, and Jerry Dotson. You may sign the online guestbook at greenhillfuneralhome.net.
