Obituary of Roy Carl Davis

Roy Carl Davis, 72, of Killen, passed away June 15, 2019 at his residence. He attended North Carolina Church of Christ, and was a carpenter/superintendent for Pettus Mechanical.

                        Son:                 Brian Kevin Davis and wife Kristy of Lexington

                        Daughter:        Tracy Lynn Pace and husband Kevin of Phil Campbell

                        Brother:           Leonard “Spooner” Davis of Rogersville

                        Sisters:             Shirley Hill and Lois White of Lexington

                                                Ruth Holden of Killen

                                                Barbara Keebler of Indiana

                        Grandchildren:  Jacob, T.J., Ben, Abby Davis.

                                                Kyle, Cole, and Taylor Pace

                        Great Grandchild:  Lacey Benford

            Preceded in death by:

                        Parents:  William Hershel Davis and Etta Ellen England Davis

                        Brothers:  Alvin, Wayne, and Billy Gene Davis

                        Sister:  June Michael

                        Grandchild:  Baker Davis

            The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 18, at 1:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home with Leon Cole officiating.  Burial will be in North Carolina Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00-1:00 at the funeral home . Pallbearers will be Shane Davis, Jerod Pettus, Chad Gower, Philip Michael, William “Buck” Thornton, and Denise Holden.  Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Michael and Dickey Michael.
