Joe Paul Raines, 77, of Loretto, TN, passed away March 31, 2019 at his home. Mr. Raines was a retired self-employed painter and member of Busby Church of God.

Daughters: Charlotte Hines (significant other Anthony Novem) & Shelia Womble (significant other Billy Joe Elkins)
Brother: Howard Raines (Ann)
His Daughter’s Mother: Dorsie Price Johns
His Sons’ Mother: Rosemary Cox Dunn
Darleen Raines and their children Eric Raines and Helena Raines
(10) Grandchildren and (3) Great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by:
Parents: Leon Howard Raines and Minnie Paul Price Raines
Sister: Frances Ward
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Thursday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Paul Dyar officiating. Burial will be in Hensley Ridge Cemetery in Loretto, TN.
