Edward Holden, 89, of Killen, AL, passed away December 18, 2011. He was retired from Reynolds Alloy and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include:
Wife: Oledus McGee Holden
Son: Gaylon Holden (Carolyn) of Lexington
Daughters: Jenny Lovell (David) of Killen and Deborah Gray (Steve) of McKenzie, TN
Sisters: Earline Michael (Royce) of Lexington and Ruby Thigpen (Charlie) of Killen
(5) Grandchildren and (5) Great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, Presley and Matrie Peck Holden; brothers Walter, James, Otis, Nelson, and George Holden; and sister Elizabeth Clemons.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 21 from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Thursday at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in North Carolina Cemetery.
