Ruby Mae Richardson Allen, 99, of Killen, AL, passed away September 5, 2018 at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home.  Mrs. Allen was a homemaker and member of Shiloh Church of Christ.

 

                Mrs. Allen is survived by:

                                Sons:     Travis Allen and wife Joanna

                                                Morris Allen and wife Faye

                                                Bobby Allen and wife Maureen

                                                Dennis Allen and wife Sherry

                                Daughter-in-law: Sharon Allen

                                Brothers: E.L. Richardson

                                                   Billy F. Richardson

                                Sister: Bonnie Murks

                                (15) Grandchildren

                                (39) Great-grandchildren

                                (6) Great-great grandchildren

 

                She was preceded in death by:

                                Parents: Edgar Louis Richardson & Annie Snow Dickerson Richardson

                                Husband: A.D. Allen

                                Son: Terry Dale Allen

                                Sisters: Gladys Springer, Dorothy Pettus, Lenice Dickerson, and Hazel  Rogers

                                Brother: Coy Richardson

               

Visitation will be Friday, September 7, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Howell Bigham officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery.

 

Pallbearers will be Cam Allen, Monty Allen, Heath Allen, Mark Allen, Micah Allen, and Max Allen.

 

The family would like to thank Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home Employees for their 15 years of great service to their mother.
