Obituary of John Wallace Robertson

Mr. John Wallace Robertson. 87, of Lexington, passed away July 6, 2018  at his residence.

He was a minister of the Church of Christ and served in the U.S. Navy.

            Survivors include:

                        Daughters:      Leisa Robertson Williams, and husband Don

                                                Carla Robertson Milligan, and husband Jim

                        Step-Daughters:  Sharon Killen Robinson, and husband Eddy

                                                Charlotte Killen McDonald, and husband Jimmy

                        Sister:              Wilma Dean Meeks

                        (8)  Great Grandchildren

                        (9) Step-Grandchildren

                        (18) Step-Great Grandchildren

            Preceded in death by:

                        Wife:   Tommie Musgrove Robertson

                        Parents:  Osa and Myrtle Robertson

                        Brother:  James Robertson

                        Sister:    Katherine Riemke

                        Step-Grandchildren:  Melinda Killen

                                                            Larry Killen, Sr.

            The funeral service will be Monday, July 9, at 10:00 am at the Center Hill Church of Christ with Don Williams, Jim Milligan and Greg Dial officiating.  Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5:00-8:00pm at the church.  Burial will be in Winfield City Cemetery in Winfield, AL.

            Pallbearers will be Matt Williams, Ben Williams, Dylan Burke, Daniel Lambert, Blake Woolley, and Braden Williams.  Honorary pallbearers will be Eddy Robinson and Jimmy McDonald.

            In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. Robertson may be made to North Alabama Children’s Home, P. O. Box 2652, Florence, AL  35630.
