Obituary of Maurice Jones

Alfred Maurice Jones, 80, of Florence, AL, passed away June 18, 2018. Mr. Jones was retired from Reynolds Aluminum Company after 38 ½ years of service and was a member of Kilburn Church of Christ. Maurice was a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Thursday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Steve Gist, Kim Richardson, Ben Neyman, Glenn Helmick, Jeremy Benson, Kyle Jones, and Kaden Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be J.W. Michael, DeWayne Haddock, Roger McMurtrey, Curtis McMurtrey, and Jamie Golliver.

The family would like to send special thanks to Judy Cooley, Ashley Lansdell (ECM Hospital), all nurses and staff at Florence Rehab Center, Kindred Home Care, Davita Dialysis and all his Physicians, especially Dr. Ronald McCoy & Dr. Felix Morris.
