Obituary of J.C. Boyett
J.C. Boyett, age 71, formerly of Hamilton, AL, but lived in Elk Ridge, MD for the last 35 years, died February 19, 2018 after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Carmel Boyett of Brunswick, GA and Louise Lewis Boyett of Adrian, MI and by his grandmother Rhoda Boyett of Hamilton, AL.
He is survived by his brother James Boyett (Mary) of Florence; stepmother Jessie Boyett of Brunswick, GA; sisters Rhoda Miller (Russ) and Buanita Boyett (Artie), both of Brunswick, GA; and close friend Justin Herron of Elk Ridge. He is also survived by seven nieces and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date on St. Simons Island, GA.
