Curtis Wilks Chase, 57, of Moulton, AL, passed away October 29, 2011. He was a United States Navy veteran and a member of the Iron Order MC.

He was the son of Henry Francis and Beverly Ann Wilks Chase.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 5, 2011, in Elkton, TN.
